JPMorgan to launch tokenized money market fund on Ethereum

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is launching a tokenized money market fund on the Ethereum blockchain for qualified investors, according to a report by crypto news outlet Wu Blockchain. The fund will be seeded with $100 million of the bank’s own capital, the report said. Wu Blockchain added that the initiative follows JPMorgan’s prior blockchain experiments through its Onyx platform and other tokenized asset pilots by traditional financial institutions.
