All of the top 50 addresses by unrealized profit in BTC and ETH positions on Hyperliquid were on the short side on Dec. 16, Coinbob data show. The leading addresses by profit and short position size are "终极空头" and "Hyperliquid 上 ZEC 最大空头," each posting more than $10 million in unrealized gains, with the former holding a BTC short of about $62.19 million at an average entry of $115,000 and the latter running an ETH short of roughly $92.54 million at an average entry of $3,377. Long positions were broadly in the red, as the address "BTC OG 内幕巨鲸" topped both BTC and ETH long leaderboards with a combined unrealized loss near $52 million, while long-heavy addresses "pension-usdt.eth" and "CZ 对手盘" also showed significant paper losses.

Centralized exchanges recorded a net outflow of 4,640.56 BTC over 24 hours on Dec. 16, Coinglass data cited by BlockBeats show. Coinbase Pro led outflows with 6,060.16 BTC withdrawn, followed by Kraken at 1,374.16 BTC and Bybit at 618.90 BTC. Binance registered a net inflow of 2,958.27 BTC during the same period, ranking first among exchanges by BTC inflows.

Addresses holding 100–1,000 BTC added ~54,000 BTC over the past week, the fastest accumulation since 2012, Glassnode on-chain data show. Charles Edwards said record institutional buying is being absorbed by long-term holders, while Peter Brandt warned a parabolic break risks deeper downside.
