The State Guardian Network is regarded as the Celer Network's (CELR) supporting pillar as it serves as a message router that connects different blockchain networks. The State Guardian Network also enables the passage of messages and cross-chain fund transfers on the Celer Network (CELR). 

Other special features are associated with the State Guardian Network including but not limited to the provision of the Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus security, fast finality, and reduced transaction costs for Celery Network-enabled decentralized applications (dApps).
