XAI is the first Layer 3 gaming public chain project

Recently, there are many projects called XAI, and one worth paying attention to is XAI Games, the first gaming public chain of Layer 3.

What is Layer 3?

After Ethereum developed Layer 2, it faced a new challenge: Layer 2s cannot interact with each other. For example, OP and ARB are both Layer 2s and have their own ecosystems, but interaction between them requires going back to Layer 1. This means that competition is formed between Layer 2s on Ethereum.

The emergence of Layer 3 solves the practical problem that dApps can interact on multiple Layer 2s, using the scalability and low gas fees of Layer 2. So currently, Layer 3 referred to is Layer 3 on the Ethereum chain. If you want to interact with other Layer 1 public chains, you need to use Layer 0.

So XAI is based on the Ethereum ecosystem, Arbitrum as the basis for Layer 3. Since Layer 3 mainly targets dApps, XAI is a Layer 3 gaming public chain, aimed at enabling the free trading of different game props, NFTs, and tokens without the need for cross-chain transactions. Of course, the premise is games on Ethereum.

XAI serves as node verification rewards, staking rewards, and gas fees for the XAI gaming network. Anyone can join XAI as a node, earn rewards by verifying blocks on the XAI network, which is commonly referred to as mining.
