Aleph.im is a cross-blockchain, cross-technology, layer 2 network focusing on decentralized apps (dApps) and the security architecture that supports them. By being the first cloud-native blockchain, Aleph.im promises to transform the web, IoT, and the cloud as we know it.

The ALEPH token is intended to be embraced and used rather than accumulating dust in a wallet. Tokens Aleph may be used for network storage in the near future (for dApp owners, device providers and the user himself if using a non-incentivized dApp).

Aleph tokens can also be used to sync on chains (for dApp owners) and pay for computing in CPU/GPU expensive virtual machines (e.g. machine learning). These are only a few of the potential use cases, but there will be a lot more in the future, and currently, Aleph is being tested as a Proof of Concept (POC) in multiple projects. ALEPH circulating supply is 245.676.229 ALEPH coins, with a maximum supply of 500.000.000 ALEPH tokens.
