The Group Bot is an intelligent tool designed to help you build and manage your group. It automates user invitations and removals, improving group management efficiency.
Once it's set up, the bot will automatically check if the users you invite meet your group’s criteria for first joining. If they do, it will send them an invitation link to join your group.
Users who wish to join can send their UID to the bot, which will verify their eligibility.
If you have set retention criteria, the bot will automatically check if group members meet the requirements. If not, it will send an alert and remove the user from the group.
How to Set Up the Bot
1. Follow @BotFather on Telegram.
2. Click "Start" to begin setting up your bot.
3. Tap "/newbot" to create your bot.
4. Name your bot and make sure it ends with "bot" (e.g., TetrisBot or tetris_bot).
5. Once it's created, provide the following information:
Your bot's name, e.g., Shanshan2333_bot.
Your bot's link, e.g., t.me/Shanshan2333_bot
Your group's invitation link
To obtain the invitation link, click the group icon in the top right corner to access the group info page. Then, click "Edit," and copy from the "Invite Links".
Your bot’s HTTP API
After creating your bot, you can obtain the HTTP API from the conversation as shown below.
6. Open BingX Website, go to "Partner Hub" - "Group Bots" to create a new bot. Fill in the details above to create the bot. Then, set the criteria for first joining and for staying in the group, and your bot will be ready.
After setting the criteria for staying in the group, non-new members who don’t qualify will get warnings on Days 1 and 2. If they still don’t meet the criteria by Day 3, they’ll be automatically removed. (To enable auto-removal, add the bot to the group and grant it admin privileges.)
7. To enable auto-removal, set your group to public and add your bot to the group with admin permissions.
Setting the group to public ensures that users removed by the bot cannot rejoin freely.
If needed, you can revert the group to private after adding the bot and configuring criteria for staying in the group.
Here’s how to set the bot as an admin:
